Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are processed immediately and sent out either on the same or next business day (Monday - Saturday), depending on the time the order is received. We ship via US Priority Mail which takes three to five business days for delivery. Shipping and handling fees are as follows:           

To receive your order more quickly, we will ship via US Express Mail for an additional $15.00. These orders take up to three business days for delivery.
 
Please note that international orders must be at least $50.00 (before shipping charges) and,
 with the exception of Canada, are not returnable.
 
An additional $20.00 is added to orders shipped via US International Priority Mail.  Delivery time can not be guaranteed for international orders due to varying customs' procedures. Please be aware that  there may be additional duties/taxes added to international orders that are not reflected in our prices.  We recommend that you check with your local customs office for those charges.

6.75% Sales Tax will be added to orders of North Carolina residents.

RETURN POLICY

Merchandise in mint condition is returnable within 30 days of purchase date. Tags must be intact and your receipt must be included.

When the return is processed, you will receive an email notification of the credit amount. This amount will appear on your credit card statement.  A refund check will be mailed for all check
orders.  Please note that refunds and/or credits will exclude shipping/handling fees.

Any return received after the 30 day limit will be issued a store credit for the current sale price of the item(s).  No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 60 days.  Should a late return be sent to us, we will return it at the customer's expense via USPS Priority Mail.

Any returns over $250 will incur a 10% restocking fee.

If merchandise is returned for exchange, a $5.00 return shipping fee will be applied.
